Zařizuju is a new e-service for electrical appliance rental. Thanks to it, there is no need to buy them anymore.
What we did together
Renting is smarter than buying
The client came up with the idea to radically innovate the home appliance market through rentals. The insight for this was the general belief that every home appliance breaks within a few years.


Before conducting research
We asked the client about their target market and its pain points, which enabled us to develop customer personas and research questions.

Prototyping and bringing
the idea to life
We created 4 microsites based on 4 variants of the service for students, high-end consumers, foreigners and value shoppers.
Getting the idea on the market
We introduced the service to potential customers via an online campaign to test our personas and gather feedback. We also did 40 phone interviews with interested customers.
